Counseling Rates
Telehealth (Zoom) audio/video:
$150/hour
In-Office Therapy:
$165/hour
In-Home Therapy:
$165/hour + round trip drive time

Payment Options
Vibrant Living is a private pay practice. I accept cash, check, Zelle, credit card, or HSA/FSA.
(I do not accept insurance. Curious why? Please see more information here)

Cancellation / No-Show Policy
I ask that you let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make our appointment. This gives me the opportunity to offer that time to another client. If you do not cancel in this time frame or no-show for your appointment it is expected that you pay the full fee.

Can't Afford Therapy?
If you are in need of free/low cost mental health services, you have options. Open Path Psychotherapy Collective is a national resource and a great place to start. Walk In Counseling provides free counseling in Minnesota in person and virtually.
