Finding someone to talk to about your life, experiences, and struggles can be a stressful experience as it is. I believe that everyone should have an opportunity to decide if we are a good fit. You are able to receive a free 15-minute phone consultation (this is not 15 minutes of therapy) to receive more information about me, how I practice, and I can answer any questions you have.
